1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 7u7a platform and all its services. By accessing the website or creating an account, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age. Falsely declaring your age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

• You are playing in your own name and for yourself — betting on behalf of others is prohibited

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

7u7a offers convenient and fast payment methods for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

New members at 7u7a receive a welcome bonus. This bonus and all future promotional offers are governed by the terms below.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on the first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳8,000
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Example: deposit ৳12,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳20,000
• Bonus wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount

6.2 Wagering Calculation

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — expired bonuses are cancelled
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise
• If a withdrawal is made while bonus wagering is in progress, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled
• Bets placed outside of specified games may not count towards wagering
• Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation

7 Gaming Rules

All games on 7u7a are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before launching the game.

7.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Any complaints regarding game outcomes must be reported to [email protected] within 72 hours.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled, unless the event itself is cancelled
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded
• For bets placed during a network interruption in live betting, the outcome will be determined according to server records

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, network problem, or software error, the outcome will be determined from the last recorded state or the bet amount will be refunded. 7u7a's decision on this matter is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct & Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to protect the integrity and security of the 7u7a platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets on behalf of others or using another person's funds
• Fraudulent activity to obtain bonus benefits (bonus abuse)
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or software errors
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Money laundering or transfer of illegal funds
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or breach its security

9 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

7u7a offers a four-tier VIP program for regular players. The more you play, the more benefits you receive.
